SYNOPSIS

Welcome to Farraday Country, set in cattle-ranching west Texas, with all the friends, family and fun that fans have come to expect from USA TODAY Bestselling author Chris Keniston.

On a barren road in the pre-dawn hours, Adam Farraday, the oldest of seven siblings, happens upon a disabled sports car and an angel in white searching for a disappearing dog. What is it about this secretive redheaded beauty that intrigues him as no woman has before?

After learning her fiancé's true nature minutes before her wedding, Meg O'Brien drives as fast and as far away from her world as she can. Stranded with no money, and nowhere to go, the city girl must learn to fit in to small town life and all its quirky trappings. Too bad falling in love with her handsome rescuer is not an option.

ARC Review: Adam (Faraday County) by Chris Keniston

For influential, light, genuine stories, a reader need look no further than author Chris Keniston. Tales of heartache and loss, quickly develop into meaningful stories that quite often have me smiling through my tears. Right from the start, she aims for the part of a reader that is most vulnerable. THE HEART! And lands a bullseye 90% percent of the time. Adam delivers small town allure with a hint of big city drama. Adam knows the value of caring. Being the oldest in a large family taught him what love is and his career as a vet puts to use his nurturing abilities on a daily basis. However, nothing prepared him for the mystery that is Meg O'Brien. Meg is like a fish out of water when she hits Farraday County in her wedding dress with no money and a broken down vehicle, she definitely makes a lasting impression. But when the time comes to hit the road again will she leave behind more than exhaust fumes? Adam is sentimental and comedic story of hope and healing. BULLSEYE, Chris Keniston hit the mark again.

SYNOPSIS

Welcome to Farraday Country, set in cattle-ranching west Texas, with all the friends, family and fun that fans have come to expect from USA TODAY Bestselling Author Chris Keniston.

On the way to his family's ranch, Dr. Brooks Farraday encounters what he thinks is a hit and run. Instead he finds a beautiful stranger in the road petting a stray dog. He wants to be the friend she needs, but falling for her could come at too high price.

For Toni Castellano, attending a friend's wedding in West Texas seems the perfect escape from her life in Boston. The last thing she needs is another man in her life. She fell for Prince Charming once with disastrous results. But could Brooks Farraday really be her knight in shining armor?

REVIEW:  BROOKS (FARRADAY COUNTY) BY CHRIS KENISTON

Brooks (Farraday Country - Book Two)Brooks by Chris Keniston

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oh, these Farraday men. The stuff of dreams. A dormant hero lies buried inside the rugged good looks waiting for the right woman to bring out the warrior. Brooks is every bit as dreamy as his brother but less complicated. When he cares he gives his all and his chance meeting with Toni wakes up the protector in him. It's easy to fall for a guy who is an open book with his emotions and for the most part Brooks fits that category. My love of strong female leads was fed by Toni. Refusing to be a victim, she sought out to save herself. Brooks was a inspirational tale of courage and faith - enough said.
